Switchflops® guarantees that every transaction you make is 100% safe and secure. All of your information is confidential. Please be sure the name and address provided in the billing area matches the information as it appears on your credit card statement.
Local sales tax will be charged in Florida. International customers will be responsible for tariffs and/or duties their respective country charges.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically. Expedited shipping is available at the customer’s desire as indicated in the switchflops® online store. Rates are calculated from the published standard UPS rates. Please note that UPS will not deliver to post office box addresses.
Switchflops® ships internationally using USPS Priority Mail International. Packages arrive quicker than you might expect, and usually take only 6-10 business days. Remember that you will be responsible for import taxes and duties in addition to product and shipping costs.
Switchflops® will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any sandals or straps bought on www.switchflops.com within 30 days of purchase. The sandals or straps must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (i.e. a printed email confirmation or invoice). Switchflops® does not issue refunds in any form.
In order for us to get you a replacement, please follow these four easy steps:
Please be aware that exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible. Although it is our goal to have every product in stock at all times, occasionally backorders do occur.
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect size, we will reimburse your initial shipping cost and will pay the shipping cost back to you. If your exchange is based on the desire for a different product than the one you ordered, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Please provide the required check or the original method of payment will be charged for shipping and handling.
When it’s time to spruce up your switchflops®, it is easy to restore them to almost new condition. Simply remove the decorative straps and place the sandals in your washing machine on the delicate cycle. Then air-dry the sandals overnight. If a strap becomes soiled it should be hand washed to avoid damaging the decorative ribbon or button.
First note that switchflops® straps come in three sizes: small, medium, and large. Small straps fit shoe sizes 5 and 6. Medium straps fit shoe sizes 7 and 8. And large straps fit shoe sizes 9 and 10. If your shoe size and corresponding strap do not match the strap will not look right.
Also please note that there is a left and a right side to each strap. To ensure proper fit attach the shorter end of the strap to the inside portion of the sandal. If you are confused, fold the strap in half to determine which is the shorter portion.
